Leading a group of 13 to build out a platforming adventure game for Alt-Control conventions not only developing the game, but the hardware as well.  I initially designed the core gameplay and control scheme and then shifted towards management of the engineering and hardware development, designing multiple different control schemes and solutions centering all decisions around what they meant for the gameplay experience.
